Limited Time

The Bible says there is a time for everything.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 “To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:[2] A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;[3] A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;[4] A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;[5] A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;[6] A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;[7] A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;[8] A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.

We also know that America was and still is for the time being a superpower and a nation such as ours with its beginning and its influence doesn’t just miss the boat when it comes to being mentioned in the scriptures. The good news is we get recognized, the bad news is we have an expiration date. Not that we are coming to an end tomorrow but there is a time when what we once took for granted will no longer be there and that is the blessing from God. There may be many naysayers that say we aren’t a Christian nation and then you have those that have forgotten that it is God who has given us the blessings that we have from the beginning of our nation to this very day.

Now I will share with you where America is mentioned in the scriptures and how much time is given to us. In the book of Revelation in chapter twelve we get to witness a struggle between a woman and a dragon. In verse five we know that the child that was born is Jesus. If the child is Jesus than we would assume that the woman is Israel. So where does America come into the picture? There are a couple things to take into consideration.

One is that in Genesis 48:13-20 “And Joseph took them both, Ephraim in his right hand toward Israel's left hand, and Manasseh in his left hand toward Israel's right hand, and brought them near unto him.[14] And Israel stretched out his right hand, and laid it upon Ephraim's head, who was the younger, and his left hand upon Manasseh's head, guiding his hands wittingly; for Manasseh was the firstborn.[15] And he blessed Joseph, and said, God, before whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac did walk, the God which fed me all my life long unto this day,[16] The Angel which redeemed me from all evil, bless the lads; and let my name be named on them, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac; and let them grow into a multitude in the midst of the earth.[17] And when Joseph saw that his father laid his right hand upon the head of Ephraim, it displeased him: and he held up his father's hand, to remove it from Ephraim's head unto Manasseh's head.[18] And Joseph said unto his father, Not so, my father: for this is the firstborn; put thy right hand upon his head.[19] And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his seed shall become a multitude of nations.[20] And he blessed them that day, saying, In thee shall Israel bless, saying, God make thee as Ephraim and as Manasseh: and he set Ephraim before Manasseh.” we learn that the name Israel is placed upon the two sons of Joseph.

Though the woman represents Israel it represents also those two tribes. When looking at her we cannot just automatically think of Israel as the world thinks of Israel. We get a better view of who she represents in Revelation 12:14 “And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.” While animals are used to depict nations we witness our own nation being depicted right here. What other nation being one of the tribes blessed by Israel and given his name plus receiving the blessing of God that was promised them is represented by an eagle?

Manasseh was promised that his descendants would become a great nation, by the way this never happened the whole time they were over in the Middle East. America’s symbol is of a great eagle and who became a great nation in the world. This woman who is given the wings of a great eagle and flies into the wilderness is America. God always keeps His promises regardless of what we may do. The dragon “Satan” would also try to drown her with water. Of course this wasn’t literal water, but this water would be the mass people immigrating over here. As more and more came we would get more and more land as our country grew larger, being able to absorb the continual influx of people. So it came about that in Revelation 12:15-16, “And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.[16] And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.” This did take place just as it was prophesied.

This woman was given a certain amount of reprieve. She was given three and a half times, or 140 years, forty years for each “time”, leaving 20 for the half “time”. Depending on the exact time that God considers the founding of this country we roughly add 140 years to 1776 and end up at 1916, which coincides with America getting involved in WWI. America was no longer isolated but came out into the world for the first time, from the wilderness.

The rest is up to you if you want to believe me or not. Don’t worry if you don’t it isn’t like you will hurt my feelings, since I will stick with what I have known and been told for over ten years. While studying the story of Noah I had been shown, revealed, told, enlightened or whatever you may want to choose to use, that this country was given the same amount of time as was given Noah to build the Ark. With that in mind if you add 100 years to 1916 you end up at 2016. No I am not saying this country will no longer exist at that time, but that God will remove His protection and blessing completely from this country. Unless somehow we can delay that by having the people pray, fast and repent from their ways, which I just don’t see happening, this country will be falling upon hard times in no time. Another thing that would buy us some more time is if we elect a strong leader and not one that will continue the decline of our nation. Remember that back in history that the Nation of Israel would suffer defeat or receive blessings depending on who was their leader. A good king brought blessings and protection and a bad king brought defeat and slavery. Think about that when it comes time to vote for who will represent us.

I tell you these things not to worry you but to prepare you for when things start to get really bad but that it was already prophesied that these things would take place and that it is just one more thing to let us know that we are very close to the time of Christ’s return and that is definitely something we have been waiting for.
